K7UAZ
The University of Arizona ARC operated from our on-campus shack throughout the week. We had a total
of 5 students get on the air: Ken KG6T, Hilly KI7IPE, Sarah KK7BVB, Carlson, N7EFF, and Zach KN6GWL.
We weren't able to get on the air as much as we would've liked, but we did enjoy the 10m openings.
We worked a total of 17 schools, and it was nice to see many more on the air compared to the last
couple years.

N2FRC   [photo/doc]
Our elementary school radio club, N2FRC, is in it's first year of operation and we have 77 students
in grades 4th and 5th grade who are enrolled in the radio school club. We had a great time
contesting during the school club roundup and the students were super excited to make as many QSO's
as possible. We only had 2 days that we were able to operate but we made the most of it. They are
already looking forward to the next event in the fall.

N4SMS   [photo/doc]
Winston Matson, who operated N4SMS, Schofield Middle School Radio Club, Aiken SC from home QTH
since the school has not let us back in.
On the wall is a photo of the OCT 2021 issue of QST with his sister, Anna, KN4IVD, on the cover. She
is in Germany this year as an exchange student. Their dad, James, KN4OQD, acted as the elmer.
Winston did have a great conversation with a nice OM in Ontario and made some DX contacts on 10
meters.

N5XU
The contest was a lot of fun and we got some of our new members involved with operating and
logging.

Station was a Kenwood TS-850SAT with 100 watts out into a 20m dipole and 15m yagi on the 11th floor
of the mechanical engineering building here at UT Austin.

73 and thanks for all the QSOs!
KI5EIF, KI5TIA, and everyone else here at N5XU.

W1STR
Operators were K1FVK KM1P W0MXX and N9JBT

Fun times from the New England Science and Technology Center. Activity seemed a little light on
Tuesday evening, but Wednesday was pretty good! We will be looking to work you guys in the fall
running of the event.

W4LMS
Our students thoroughly enjoyed the 2022 Spring School Club Roundup! Special thanks again to the ham
community for welcoming our students to the airwaves and to LIMARC for starting SCR.

W6HHS
Not the highest score but we got our feet wet. Can't wait for October 2022!

W8EDU
The antennas are failing at W8EDU but we're on course to replace them, perhaps before the fall
semester Roundup. Participation by club members new and old was a lot of fun. We appreciate the
help of the individual amateurs and the nets out there that gave us contacts.

WA5SWN
IT'S SURE NICE TO FIND SO MANY TEENAGERS AND SCHOOL KIDS ON THE AIR! 20 METERS WAS UNSTABLE AND GOT
VERY NOISY AT TIMES, BUT IT WAS GOOD OVERALL.
