I wasn't really on planning on participating in this event. I was POTA hunting and heard school clubs in the mix. I was using an Icom 706 and a 80-10m EFHW. It's great to hear the younger generations on the radio. Hope the kids had fun!

Always a fun contest and great to hear the school clubs on the air. I had a great time as a student with my high school and college radio clubs. Great job to all the kids!

Another fun year!

KI2C   NY   School Club - Senior High
What a great week. Students in the KI2C - Lakeland Amateur Radio Club operated each day including a full 6 hour effort on the final day. Total operating time for the week was about 16 hours made up of chunks before, during and after the school day. Rig used was Yaesu FT-891 donated by the Peekskill/ Cortlandt Amateur Radio Club (PCARA) putting 90 Watts into an end fed wire in either an inverted "V" or "L" configuration. Height at about 30 feet maximum on fiberglass push poles in the "backyard" of campus near the stadium. Logging was done with the excellent N3FJP software. 5 of the students in the club are recently licensed HAMS.
Best part of the week was seeing the students bond together as a group and to work together in the roundup experience, for example coaching when others were unsure on the mic or copying the callsigns along on our dry erase boards to help out the person who was logging. Particular thanks to the principal of our school and the custodial staff without whose support this effort would not have been possible.

We had a fantastic time at the NU Wireless Shack, getting lots of newly licensed student hams on the air!

W2MSR   NJ   School Club - Senior High
This is our Second School Club Roundup for Mother Seton Regional High School (an all-girls high school). We have a total of 10 girls in our club, but only 6 were able to make it to the contest. Here is our setup:

Rig: IC-705
Amp: Xiegu XPA125B
Ant: EFHW/49:1 Unun @ 20ft

We operated mainly after school on average, about 1.5 hours a day during the contest only missing Wednesday. All of the girls had a great time and are already looking forward to the next event!

We have 2 licensed students and others who are working on getting their first license.

Thanks and Congrats to all!

The Alhmabra High School Amateur Radio Club (W7AHS) worked hard to improve our score and have fun. Both objectives were met with success. Operators included: Cain Acuna, Alondra Loza, Danna Ayala, and Ashley Aguila. Support was provided by Lizzie Morales. A special debt of gratitued is owed to Dr. Jodi Weber who has been a steadfast supporter of the AHSARC. Additional thanks to ARDC who helped fund the construction of our shack.

The kids had a lot of fun this year and we enjoyed using "hamdash.affirmatech.com" to motivate us through the competition. Thank you to all the SRC Advisors participating in Groups.io "SCR / School Club Roundup". Thank you to N3FJP for allowing schools the free use of his SRC logging software.

Quieter than usual School Club Roundup here at CWRU--the engineering students were all busy with exams. We got in a few operating hours and enjoyed talking with our friends at other schools. 73 and thank-you to the individual operators who were patient with all the schools!
